Our Story
Ellington Estates began with our beekeepers, David and Mike, who took a beekeeping class out of a curiosity for bees. Over time, that curiosity became a passion — and before long, a backyard hobby grew into a thriving collection of more than 30 hives right here in Stafford, Virginia.
From the very first harvest, our family knew this was something special. Each jar of honey was not only a product of hard work, but also a reflection of care, patience, and respect for the bees that made it possible.
Delicious honey soon expanded into the creation of beeswax lip and beard balms, soaps, and candles — all handmade with simple, clean ingredients that families can trust.
We pour our hearts into caring for the bees, crafting products, and connecting with our community. At the heart of it all, Ellington Estates remains what it started as — a family working together, building something meaningful, and creating natural products that bring a little bit of nature’s sweetness into every home.
